Return and Refund Policy

MIA'S UNIQUE generally does not provide for returns nor refunds, but if we are in error, the return and refund policy is as follows:

Terms of return: MIA'S UNIQUE must be notified within 2 days of receipt of goods.
State of return: Items must be unopened and in salable condition.
Reason for return: The products were damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product or sizes were received, they will be replaced by MIA'S UNIQUE.
Process for return: Request an authorization number from us within 2 days of receipt, place that number on outside of package near return address.
Process of refund: There will be a 10% restocking fee charged and the balance will be returned to the customers source of payment within 7 business days.
